What's new?

The changes we've implemented mainly concern business customers. For individual customers, the ordering process remains unchanged. We've only clarified the monitoring of the shipment status at each stage of its journey to the recipient and improved the payment system.

For business customers, we've introduced a new ordering system, based on their feedback, suggestions, and analysis of their past activities. This primarily applies to online stores and customers who send more than 1-5 shipments per day. With the new system, they can better manage this part of their business. We've introduced three phases of shipment preparation:

1. Preparation of shipments for ordering

At this stage, the client can Import (Import function) or save any number of shipments from the order form on a given day. They are stored in the New tab.

Packages imported through the Import function are automatically assigned carriers offering the lowest price for the shipment. Later, the carrier can be changed if, for any reason, the client does not wish to use their services.

If the shipment contains all the necessary data to place an order, it has the status Awaiting shipment.

If there are any data gaps, they are indicated in the description or with a special marker      and the shipment has the status Draft shipment. Before sending, these data need to be completed.

2. Preparing shipments for dispatch

If the client decides to prepare a group of shipments for transport, they select them and register them with the carrier. The carrier registers them in their system, assigns tracking numbers, and generates labels. All labels can be downloaded in a single file or individually, printed, and attached to the respective packages. In this way, shipments can be prepared in advance for pickup by the courier.

At this stage, each shipment's data is verified - mainly the correctness of postal codes, phone number formats, weights, and maximum dimensions. At the time of shipment registration, the appropriate amount is deducted from the prepaid account. Shipments that have passed the data verification are moved to the Registered tab and have the status Awaiting pickup order.

Note. For bulk orders, we do not send emails to the user with waybills. However, recipients will continue to receive email notifications as usual. Labels must be downloaded from our Platform.

Shipments in which an error is detected are returned to the New tab with the status Error and a description of the type of error. They can be corrected using the Edit function in the individual shipment menu on the right side of the table, the so-called hamburger

Note. In case of an error detection and withdrawal of the shipment from registration, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to the prepaid account.

3. Sending shipments

Registered shipments can be reported for pickup by the courier at any time. Simply select these shipments and use the Order pickup function. A window for selecting the pickup date will appear.

Here's the good news - we've introduced the option of same-day pickup for all shipments reported for pickup before 15:00. In this case, shipments will be picked up the same day after 16:00.
Unfortunately, this only applies to CTT services.

After reporting the shipments for pickup, they are moved to the In progress tab with the status Awaiting for courier. After being picked up by the courier, the shipments change status to In delivery.

The further process proceeds as usual. After delivery, the shipments are located in the Completed tab. COD shipments receive the Delivered status and await payment settlement. Only then are they located in the Completed tab.

For more advanced users, we have prepared the possibility of integrating your company/online store with our ordering system through API.

Details along with documentation can be found in your account settings

More details about the shipment ordering system, payments, and other functionalities are available in the refreshed and expanded Help Center. Additionally, your account managers remain at your disposal to clarify any doubts.

We hope that these changes will significantly improve the shipment processes in online stores. We will continue to await feedback and suggestions for further improvements to better serve our customers.
