The complaint can only concern the functioning of the Platform, including the order process, payment process, and any other issues related exclusively to the malfunction of the Envio24 Platform.

Note: We are not a transport company! We do not handle the transportation of parcels.
We are only an intermediary. Through us, our Users can enter into a contract with one of the carriers offering their services on our Platform. From the moment the parcel is collected by the selected transport company, responsibility for the execution of the service lies solely with that company. Please note that complaints about the courier not collecting the parcel, damage to its contents, loss of the parcel, or delayed delivery cannot be filed here. Complaints regarding all stages of the parcel's transport should be addressed directly to the carrier selected by the User.
